Thank you for trusting Black Label Hosting with your website hosting requirements. We’ve put together the below service migration intake form to assist us in moving your services across to us as seamlessly as possible. Please answer what you can, and if we require anything more, then we’ll reach out to you right away.

  • cPanel or Plesk Login Details (Preferred)

    Your cPanel details will allow for the most complete website migration method as this will include all site folders – even those outside of the standard WordPress structure. If cPanel details aren’t available however, we can also use your WordPress admin login (below) in order to perform your site migration.

  • WordPress Admin Login

    You WordPress admin login will allow us to install migration plugins in order to facilitate your site export / import into our hosting service. To check if your login credentials have admin access, log into your WordPress account and see if there is a menu item for “Users” on the left-hand side.

  • Domain Registrar Details

    Once we have your website migrated, the final step will be to update your domain name at your domain registrar, with the new name server details that will set your site live on our hosting. If you prefer to take care of this yourself, we’re happy to provide you with the new name server details once this has been provisioned for you, however we’re also happy to take care of this for you.
  • If you’re unsure as to who your domain registar is, you can do a search for your domain name at the below URL, which will tell you which domain registrar your domain is hosted with; https://whois.domaintools.com

  • Email Migration (If Required)

    If we are migrating your emails for you into a new GSuite 14 day trial, we’ll need some additional details regarding your current email addresses and migration requirements.
  • Please let us know what GSuite email addresses you would like us to configure for you. If you are merging email addresses (ie info@ and sales@ into a single sales@ address), please include these notes as well so we can make sure to get this setup correctly for you.
