White label WordPress hosting lets your agency offer fully managed hosting to clients as part of your own service, while we run the infrastructure behind the scenes. As an agency hosting provider, Black Label supports two ways of working, and many agencies use both.
With the fronted model, client hosting sits on your agency’s Black Label account and you on-charge each client at your own price. You set the margin, you own the client relationship and your clients deal with you. With the referral model, clients sign up directly with us through your tracked partner code and you earn a monthly commission while they stay active, without handling billing or support. Agencies with enough active referrals can also have their own website hosted at no charge.
Yes. Hosting is delivered on Amazon Web Services, including server IP addresses and DNS, so an ordinary technical check shows no link to Black Label Hosting. You present hosting as part of your agency’s service. What white label hosting in Australia does not cover is using our name or brand as your own: we act as an extension of your team, not the other way around.
Very little. We handle migrations, security, backups, performance tuning and server support, and agency partners get a centralised Plesk account to manage client subscriptions in one place. With fronted hosting you remain the contact for your end clients, so we support you and you support them. The full terms are in our Agency Partner Agreement.
