Backup of Website Files and Database
We perform regular backups of your client websites. If a technical problem or a cyberattack unexpectedly brings down the site, we’ll perform a rollback to get the website online again.
WordPress Update Installation
We hand-hold the process of updating your WordPress staging site to confirm this doesn’t result in any service interruptions due to problems with plugins or incompatibility issues.
We check for WordPress core and (safe) plugin updates frequently and install them automagically once they’re available. After installation, we check the functionality of your clients’ websites and address issues as necessary.
Our manual WordPress maintenance the confirms with the client that this is all OK, before initiating the patching process for the production website.
