We handle 24x7x365 monitoring and incident response, monthly patching, security hardening, backups and restores, with phone and email support through your account manager. The server itself stays in your account and is not included.

What the VPS management service covers

We take over the ongoing maintenance, monitoring and support of a virtual private server you run with a third-party provider, so your team does not have to.

Ongoing management of your own (BYO) VPS
24x7x365 monitoring and fast incident response
Monthly updates and server patching
Environment performance monitoring
Security hardening and antivirus management
SSL certificate monitoring and updates
Assisted site migrations onto your server from $50
Support of Azure Windows and Linux servers
Support of AWS infrastructure, including Windows and Linux servers, and RDS installation
Help with DNS configuration and management
Server backups and restores
Phone and email support through your account manager

The virtual private server itself is not included. If you would rather we host the server as well, our managed VPS hosting in Australia runs on AWS in the Sydney region.
